Major Administrative Errors Followed Up With Unethical Behaviour and Lack of Communication...... So I rented with Pennisi. I thought it was the cutest thing ever that they gave a package with a few sachets of instant coffee and sugar as a 'housewarming' when I signed the lease. That's literally where the customer service ended. I don't want to bore the discerning reader with a long winded review so here it is renters and owners! The major administrative errors (which is why you shouldn't rent with or through them); Completely wrong name on all official documents - from bond lodgement to actual tenancy agreement, they got my name wrong. Not a misspelling, but a completely different and incorrect name; They transferred my water (unsolicited) which was a help, except they transferred it to a completely different property to the one which I had leased. I lived alone at the property and I got a bill for triple my usual cost, and called yvw, the error became apparent. All up a day on the phone to sort it out. Helpful! They couldn't find any record of my lease - I lost my key and they couldn't find me at all. Not a trace (maybe the file is still under Chantelle Tilbury).Luckily I found the key, or I'd still be outside. Finally, after the unethical behaviour of the owner being bought to their attention (see below), they assisted the service of a notice to vacate. 2 weeks before I moved, they called me and sent a text and email congratulating me for the acceptance of my application for the property I was vacating (In fairness, they finally got my name right). Lol. Ethical considerations The owner (a random man - and I am a woman living alone) attended the property twice in a row, without notice. This was bought to the attention of the agent after the second time (the first time was passed off as an anomaly) and 24 hours notice requested (with no objection to the attendance, with proper notice). The response of the agent was to claim that the area accessed was "common property", (it wasn't and was recently advertised as being a "private courtyard", in their attempt to rent the property again). Within a week of the complaint about the owner breaking the law, I was served with a notice to vacate by Pennisi RE (o behalf of the owner). Andrew Pennisi (the director?) called me to assure me that the reason for the notice to vacate was that the owners wanted to 'renovate' (in response to a social media post, which garnered a bit of attention - also at the beginning of the first lockdown), however it's notable that the aforementioned advertisement stating it's a 'private courtyard' shows that no renovations were taking place, they just wanted to get rid of the complaining tenant. In my opinion the head of an organisation who doesn't mind lying directly to the people who are his customers, along with the huge and on-going administrative errors (all this happened within 12 months), means you could probably do better, dear tenant and/or owner. If your looking for a place to enjoy around with your loved ones, Families or Friends or even finding a place to be at peace,this place is the right place and i highly recommended this place. It's located in central Brisbane or people call it Brisbane CBD. If you loved Arts Queensland Museum is located here too. Beautiful views and there are few coffee shop and Restaurant near by here. PS: But as an Asian like me,i would prefer to bring my adobo with rice here hehe..Not only saving guys,it's just i loved my cooking too. Dr Robin and the entire team at Preston Vet Clinic are amazing! I started seeing Dr Robin on a referral from a friend and am so glad I listened to their recommendation. He always treats Bonnie so well during consultations, makes her as comfortable as possible and provides very thorough advice. Bon loves all the attention and treats. The nurses are lovely too - friendly and helpful. Thank you again Dr. Robin!

I found this place a little bit over a year now and I highly recommend. Before I found them I tried many different places and I was always disappointed. They never took time with me and it did not matter what type of services I was asking. This place has become my to go place and when I am even away I always come back to them to do anything I need to. They take their time, you never feel rushed and even if you book an appointment last minute they will try to ask you. I really love all of them.

I had an assesment done by Brenda for vertigo symptoms. Great experience and would recommend her for not just vertigo but any physio. She listened to and validated my experience, asked a lot of questions, provided a lot of education, did a very thorough evaluation, and sent me home with lots of notes and exercises to do. She even sent notes to my doctor to make ot easier to go follow up with him. I am extremely happy with the experience and will be trusting Brenda for any of my future physio needs. The rest of the staff I interacted with were also wonderful and kind, and speaks volumes about how this clinic is run. Thank you Brentwood physio!

He started off great but it has gone down hill from there. I was supposed to have health insurance start Jan 1 but as of today the 10th after I called blue cross blue shield I still do not have an active policy and they can't find any information on me. I also still have not received anything for my dental insurance that was supposed to start Dec 15. I have now spent hours on the phone with bcbs trying to get this fixed. Roth has been very unhelpful and takes hours and days to respond. I have let him know since the beginning of Dec that I had not received any insurance cards or paperwork and that something was wrong. I paid over $700($115 more than originally quoted) to bcbs(supposedly- they can't find the payment) and still have no insurance. I had a very important doctors appointment was scheduled for next week that I now have to cancel. I live in NM and am used to bad communication and things going wrong but this is ridiculous. To keep the policy he originally quoted me would be around $600 is now $800 through BCBS. I would have been better off staying on my company insurance.

Since the corporate takeover of this vet clinic, the service has declined drastically. The office is loud, disorganized and strangely dirty. They eliminated the wellness package and are clearly trained to up-sell and order a litany of unnecessary tests. Sad. Went there yesterday for help with a sick dog. Office manager was quick to ask for my credit card, but ever even asked about symptoms or solutions. Absolutely amazing. Not a single question or helpful tip. Find another vet. Corporate takeover strikes again.

Bisher mit Leistung und Service seit 1974 zufrieden. Ein Stern Abzug, da es die Sparda nicht für nötig hält, einen CashPool Bank Automaten in Essen-Kettwig zur Verfügung zu stellen und auf das 8 km entfernte E.-Werden oder Lebensmittel-Geschäfte verweist. In Kettwig gibt es leider auch von anderen Banken keine öffentlich zugänglichen CashPool Bankautomaten und der Sparda-Wagen fährt Kettwig auch nicht mehr an. Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich.

Received our first order yesterday! WOW! Ordered directly from the website for delivery which was a super simple process and even scored Free Delivery. Order delivered before 8am Monday Morning which was super fast! The products are to die for. We ordered, Cafe Loaf, Turkish Pide, Chocolate Muffins, Ham and Cheese Danish and Bagels. Everything we have tried so far has been fresh, delicious and amazing! Will be ordering regularly from here for our bakery and bread needs.

They took great care of my sick dog in her dying months last year and helped us through the painful steps of putting her to sleep. The whole staff clearly care greatly about the animals they care for, and I am grateful for their compassion and professionalism through a tough time. Anna was especially helpful and paid extra attention to the small details that eventually helped extend my dogs life for a few months. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Paxtons, if I ever get a dog again, they will be my first choice for a Vet.

Best hair place! Julia Savitska did my haircut! She was the first hair specialist who can truly be called a stylist! Her recommendations were very professional and thoughtful! She was cautious not to cut too much hair length! She also did everything exactly how I wanted it taking into an account my not easy to handle hair! And she was also attentive to what I was saying! Julia is the best specialist I’ve met so far! In addition, I’d like to add that other folks at the beauty salon were very pleasant and they have really classy interior design! So I do recommend this place to everyone!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The last 2 times I’ve had packages shipped via this postage office I NEVER received them. So this time when I accidentally did not cancel a monthly subscription of mine which gets shipped via here I had text notifications on. Well when I happened to get the delivered text my parents were at our mail box and the person putting the mail in told them they had to wait to get the package until he left. So we did, and when we went to get my package IT WAS NOT THERE. Now I’m having to sit on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak with someone. Why does every package I get shipped via you guys get stolen? It seems to me your workers must be stealing them! Because when using other services if they get sent to the wrong home I ALWAYS get them back. This is absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM GETTING THINGS SHIPPED VIA HERE!!!!

Schöner gelegener Camping, Sanitäranlagen waren immer sauber. Um sich abzukühlen ist die Aare gleich ums Eck. Personal war sehr freundlich! Das Restaurant war sehr einladend und schön gemacht. Das einzige was mich etwas störte war, dass man die Strasse hörte. Aber da bin ich wohl auch etwas empfindlicher als andere.. Ach ja, hatte super WLAN, ist heute ja nicht unwichtig :) ÖV konnte man kostenlos benutzen, um die Stadt Bern etwas zu erkunden. Ich kanns also empfehlen!

Charging nearly $60 a night for a substandard caravan park which will not let you check in until 2pm The disgraceful talking down upon by Cathy because she claims that 2pm is normal check in time for all parks yet every other Gday parks I’ve ever visited are 11 or 12 check in. Would recommend going to Christie’s beach or anywhere but Mclaren Vale Lakeside if this is an area you want to visit If this is the way you’re going to be treated in this area you’re better off going to the Barossa
